I spent thousands of hours speaking with reps and selecting materials that would be used in over 850 homes both stateside and abroad. And it got me thinking...
It All Started When I Was Pulling Stone Slabs in Portugal And Had An Idea
MY STORY
Wouldn't it be great to have a finish palette made for you?
The response I received from those I spoke with was a resounding "yes please!". Yet no designer had done it before, and that made it all the more EXCITING. After years of lying awake at night dreaming about the possibilities, I left my job at a design firm and set out to forge my own path. In early 2024, Studio Yasemin was born!
Back then I was working on luxury private communities; rubbing shoulders with celebrities and affluents, while curating every surface, plumbing and light fixture for them to choose from.

What you need is someone who has real-world experience in the construction industry and who has designed 100s of homes from the ground-up.
You wouldn't hire a plumber who has never touched a pipe outside of their own home, why should hiring an interior designer be treated any differently?
